1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at juggoailabs.com, engaging our studio for software design and engineering, or downloading our mobile applications from the Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India.
2. Software & Application Usage
Our mobile applications (including Api Monk, Thumbnailgen AI, AI Businesscard Gen, and AI Study Buddy) are licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive basis for personal and professional productivity. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the applications to violate applicable laws or third-party AI provider policies.
3. Client Engagements & IP Ownership
For custom client projects:
- IP Ownership: Upon receipt of full and final payment for a contracted milestone or project, all custom source code, design assets, and intellectual property created specifically for the client belong exclusively to the client.
- Studio Libraries: Juggo AI Labs retains ownership of its proprietary pre-existing utility libraries, boilerplate tools, and internal scaffolding, which are licensed to the client on a royalty-free, perpetual basis.
4. Third-Party AI Services & Disclaimers
Generative AI outputs produced by third-party models (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) are generated probabilistically. Juggo AI Labs does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, factual precision, or completeness of outputs produced by artificial intelligence algorithms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Juggo AI Labs Private Limited, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our applications, services, or website.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
